HI, I’m Sarah
Your VA coach, mentor, loving mum of 2, podcast fanatic & tea connoisseur.
My VA business took shape during maternity leave after the birth of my second child in March 2021. At the time, I knew I wanted to leave my 9-5 and create my own version of personal, professional and financial freedom and I knew deep down that I wanted more out of life.
I became fully booked as a VA and Social Media Manager with incredible clients and I’ve made a great living on my terms ever since specilising in social media, launch strategy and how to build successful online businesses.
It wasn’t that long ago that I found myself in a situation like yours.
But let’s take a step back first to my previous life:
My journey into small business owner life wasn’t straightforward. But whose is, right?
While I seemed to have it all…
I was living in Sydney, Australia ✓
Had a well-paid job in an investment bank in Sydney CBD ✓
Degree in Social Science and a post-grad diploma in Business Studies & HR ✓
A promising career ✓
I realised I wanted to impact lives, not someone’s bottom line.
So I started over, studied Social Work and spent a good 10 years making a genuine difference in various roles in Child Protection, Adoptions and as a Hospital Social Worker. In 2019 I became a Certified NLP Practitioner and life coach and felt ready for more.
Around that time I craved meaningful connections and discovered the vast opportunities of the online world when I created my first Facebook page and later created an engaged online community for Irish women (5,400 + Group members on Facebook.)
But this seemingly instant success didn’t come without its challenges.
As a mum of 2, I had to learn to work smarter, not harder.
And it took the support of the RIGHT coaches and mentors who believed in the value of flexibility and freedom rather than your income as the ONLY measure of success.
In 2023, I took my family from Sydney to Ireland, thanks to my business. It was a move I never thought possible, but with hard work and determination, we made it happen.
Now I share the proven strategies with aspiring and established Online Service Providers, Social Media Managers and VAs like you all over the world.
